What You Agree to When Booking
• A small non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is paid when you book and will come off the cost of your treatment on the day.
• If you give eight or more days notice, you are welcome to reschedule once with no extra charge. This helps keep the diary fair for everyone.
• If you need to cancel with seven days or less notice, your booking fee will be lost. You can simply rebook online for a new day and time that works for you.
• Cancellations made within twenty four hours of your appointment will require a fifty percent charge of your chosen treatment. This fee will need to be settled before any new appointments are booked.
• Treatments that say Patch Test Required in the booking system must have a patch test completed twenty four to forty eight hours before your appointment. If a patch test has not been done in time, the treatment will need to be cancelled for your safety and the booking fee will be forfeited.
• Card payments are welcome. Please note there is a small five pound fee for card transactions.
• All treatments must be paid for on the day. Unfortunately I cannot offer IOUs or late payments.
• I am unable to infill work done by another technician. A removal and fresh set are needed to ensure the best quality and to protect your natural lashes.
• Permanent make up top ups must be booked within the recommended time frame. If the time frame has passed, extra charges may apply to bring your results back to the correct standard.
